Bartek is a teenager who has suffered for 3 years from bone-cancer. He had to have one leg amputated. He still has to be cured with the usage of chemotherapy. Bartek always wanted to meet the best Polish volleyball players. We helped him to do so. Together with our volunteers he went to Łódź where he had the opportunity to talk to the current Polish volleyball champion team – PGE Skra Bełchatów. The meeting took place in Grand Hotel. Bartek received fans' gadgets like team t-shirt, scarf, cap and posters. Next day Bartek and our volunteer went to the match of European Champions League. That day he could also observe Polsat TV journalists at work and meet Mr. Kułaga and Mr. Magiera – hosts at the sport show. Seeing Bartek's smile was a tremendously rewarding view.
